CHICAGO, Illinois, October 15, 2024 – Concert Group Holdings, Inc., (“Concert”), today announced the appointment of Ken Carter to the newly created position of Chief Claims
Officer.
Carter, who reports to Chief Executive Officer John Hendrickson, joined the company on October 8, 2024 from Merchants Insurance Group. He is based in Buffalo, New York.

Carter’s 24-year career at Merchants began in 2000 when he joined the company as Senior Corporate Casualty Claim Manager. In 2018, he was promoted to the position of VicePresident, Claim Operations. Prior to working at Merchants, Carter was employed at Allstate Insurance Company as Casualty Manager.
Carter holds a Master of Arts, Organizational Leadership from Medaille University, Buffalo, New York and a Bachelor of Arts, Philosophy and a Bachelor of Science, Cognitive Science, both from the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York.
